Terms
What you agree to when you use TheAiAi.net, sign up for our research, or join as a member. The membership agreement you sign when you take a seat adds detail; it never contradicts this.

Using the siteOur research and marksRequests and formsMembershipConfidentialityNo professional adviceEventsLiabilityGoverning lawChangesTheAiAi.net is for information about AiAi, The AI Adoption Institute, and for requesting membership, research, and contact. You may read, link to and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape the site, republish our research wholesale, or present our work as your own.
Our reports, briefs, the ROAI Assessment, the Operational Maturity Scale, the AiAi name and mark and the content of this site belong to AiAi. ROAI and Return on AI as used here, the Operational Maturity Scale, Catalyst and the Benchmark Vault are our names for our instruments. Public research may be quoted with credit to AiAi, The AI Adoption Institute. Member-only research is for members and their sponsoring companies and may not be redistributed.
Submitting a membership request, Catalyst application or sponsor request is a request, not a contract. No seat is held and nothing is billed until we have talked, offered a seat and you have accepted it in writing. We may decline any request without giving a reason, though we usually will.
Membership is for twelve months from your start date and is billed annually in advance unless your membership agreement says otherwise. Seats are personal to the named member; a sponsoring company may substitute another leader with our agreement. Pricing is per seat with no volume discount. We may remove a member who repeatedly misses sessions, breaches confidentiality, or sells to the circle; in that case we refund the unused portion of the term.
Everything shared in a circle, on a mid-month call, and in the member platform is confidential. Members agree not to disclose other members' company information outside the circle, and AiAi agrees the same. Published research uses aggregates only.
AiAi provides peer learning, facilitation and research. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or technology vendor, and nothing we publish or say in a circle is legal, financial or professional advice. Decisions about your company are yours.
Tickets to summits, workshops and retreats are subject to the terms stated at registration. Members receive member pricing while their membership is active.
We stand behind our work, and we also run a membership institute, not an insurance company. To the extent the law allows, AiAi's liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be heard in Denver, Colorado, after both sides have made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.
We may update these terms. The current version is always at TheAiAi.net/terms with its effective date, and we will email members about material changes.
