A room of people with the same job.

One real problem a month.

A number at the end of the quarter.

A circle is 10 to 16 functional leaders from mid-market companies (50–5,000 employees) who meet every month with a trained Catalyst, work on each other's live AI problems, and report back on what actually happened. Seats are limited and we vet for fit. This page tells you what you'd get, how it works, and how to ask for a seat.

Two ways in

In person in a launch city, or virtual from anywhere.

Same format, same Catalysts, same research behind it. The in-person circle is the full experience. The virtual circle is how a city earns one.

In-person circle

Five launch cities

First circles 2027

Denver · New York City · Miami · San Diego · Sacramento

  • One full day a month, 8:00am to 3:00pm, hosted by members on rotation
  • One two-hour accountability call mid-month
  • 10 to 16 members, grouped by function and company size
  • Six circles planned per city: HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, CEO
  • Quarterly ROAI report to your company's leadership
  • Seat at the annual summit where the State of AI Adoption report is unveiled

Per seat, billed annually. We walk through pricing on the fit call.

Virtual circle

Join from anywhere

Open now
  • Two live sessions a month, built for a screen. Nobody sits on video for five hours.
  • 10 to 16 members, grouped by function and company size, from across the country
  • Same Catalysts, same ROAI Assessment, same quarterly report to your company
  • Member rate on summits, workshops and retreats
  • When ten members in one metro are in virtual circles, we open an in-person circle there. Virtual members get first seats.

Per seat, billed annually, at a fraction of the in-person rate. We walk through pricing on the fit call.

Pricing is per seat and flat. A company that puts six leaders in six circles pays six seats; there are no volume discounts because there are no economies of scale on our side. We priced deliberately below the CEO peer groups you already know, for the layer that has to execute, and we'd rather give you the number in a conversation than on a web page.

What you get

You leave every month with a plan. Your company gets a number every quarter.

A room that tells you the truth

A room of peers with your exact job, at companies that don't compete with yours. Nobody is selling anything. You bring the problem; the room takes it apart.

A Catalyst who stays

A trained, credentialed AiAi Catalyst runs your circle month after month. Experienced operator first. They keep the conversation candid and the follow-through honest.

Your ROAI baseline and scorecard

You start with the ROAI Assessment, which places your function on the Operational Maturity Scale. Every quarter you see what moved, against companies your size.

The deeper research

Headline findings are public. Members and their CEOs get the cuts by function, size and industry, plus the Benchmark Vault of what's working right now.

Standing inside your company

You become the person who leads AI for your function, with a quarterly report to your CEO that shows it. Members leave more visible than they arrived.

Events, at the member rate

The annual summit, regional workshops, masterminds and retreats as members ask for them. Members go first and pay less.

The experience

Your first year in a circle.

Nobody gets confident with AI by reading about it, and almost nobody gets there alone. The year is built so that by month twelve you have shipped things, measured them, and can prove it.

Membership is a twelve-month commitment. Circles only work when the same people show up every month, so we ask for the year up front and we vet for people who will.

Week 0

Fit call and the ROAI Assessment

Thirty minutes with us to make sure the room is right for you. Then the assessment, which gives you and your company a baseline on the Operational Maturity Scale.

Month 1

First circle day

Coffee, check-in, a focused topic, then a working block on live problems. You leave by three with a plan for the thing you brought.

Every month

The loop

One circle day. Two weeks later, a two-hour call: what you tried, what worked, what broke. No new content on the call, just accountability. Roughly half the circle days bring in an outside expert; the rest are Catalyst-led.

Each quarter

The ROAI report

Your company's leadership gets a report: where your function sits on the scale, what moved, what didn't, and how that compares to benchmark companies your size.

Once a year

You host. And the summit.

Every member hosts one circle day at their company. And every member has a seat at the annual summit, where the State of AI Adoption report comes out and every circle in the country is in one room.

Month 12

The year-end score

Four quarterly reports, a dozen problems worked, and a movement on the scale you can put in front of your board. Then you decide whether to stay. Most rooms like this do.

Is this you?

If three of these sound familiar, request a seat.

  • Your company bought the tools eighteen months ago and nobody can name the return.
  • Your CEO has started asking you about AI, and you'd like to have an answer that isn't a vendor's.
  • You've run a pilot that worked and can't get the rest of the team to adopt it.
  • You've sat through AI training that was out of date before the invoice cleared.
  • You're the one in your function people come to about AI, whether or not it's in your title.
  • You want to be measured, because you're fairly sure you'd come out ahead.

Probably not a fit

  • AI vendors and consultants looking for an audience. We'll find a sponsorship conversation for you instead.
  • Anyone who wants a software demo or a course. We don't teach tools; we work problems.
  • Companies that want the report but not the room.
  • Anyone who can't commit the day a month. The circle only works if the same people show up every month.
  • Technology companies. Our members buy AI rather than build it.

How joining works

We vet both ways. You should too.

The form below is a request, not a checkout. We read every one personally and we say no when the room isn't right. Here's the path from request to first circle day.

1

Request

Ten minutes on the form below. We reply personally within two business days.

2

Fit call

Thirty minutes with Brett or a Catalyst. Your situation, your problem, whether a circle is the right tool.

3

Sponsor conversation

Two people have to say yes. We'll talk to your CEO or whoever signs, so they know what number they'll see.

4

Seat offered

We place you in a circle by function and company size, and you commit to the year.

5

Assessment, then day one

The ROAI Assessment sets your baseline. Then your first circle day.

Not ready for a seat but want to see a circle work? We run open interest sessions, one launch city a month from December to April (dates here). Tick the box on the form and we'll invite you to the next one.

Membership request

Your seat is waiting for you.

The request takes about ten minutes and goes to Brett and Becky, nobody else. We reply within two business days with a time for the fit call.

Questions we get

The honest answers.

Can we send more than one person?

Yes, and it's the best version of this. One person makes progress in their function. HR, Finance and Operations in the same year gives you a center of excellence. Each seat is a full seat; we don't discount volume.

Will someone from a competitor be in my circle?

No. We place by function and company size and we screen out direct competitors. If a conflict appears later, we move someone.

What happens to our data?

Your company's assessment and quarterly results are confidential to you, your sponsor and your Catalyst. Published research uses aggregates only. Sponsors fund how far research travels; they never see member data and never touch what the research says.

We already bought Copilot. Why do we need this?

Good. Now tell us what it returned. Most companies can name the spend and can't name the return. We work on the second half.

What if I miss a month?

Life happens; one miss is fine and your Catalyst will catch you up. Two in a row and we'll have a conversation, because an empty chair costs everyone else in the room.

My city isn't on the list. When do you get here?

We open in Denver, New York City, Miami, San Diego and Sacramento first. Or join a virtual circle today, from anywhere. When ten virtual members are in one metro, that city gets an in-person circle and the virtual members get the first seats. You're how the next city happens.
